Open the AI setup assistant on the website or in your companion. Ask a question or send a TV-screen photo. If the answer does not resolve the problem, request a human support ticket in the same conversation.

Include your app platform, TV brand and model, firmware version, the step you were trying and the exact error. Hide passwords, payment details, sign-in codes and personal information in screenshots. Do not send ADB private keys or account recovery codes.
Accounts and privacy
Use the same account across Mac, Windows and Android for your Plus access. Local TV recovery records stay on the device that made the change. For account-data access or deletion requests, contact our support email.
