アカウントとサブスクリプションのデータ

We store your email address, a salted password hash, a hashed recovery code, Google or Apple account identifiers if you use these sign-in methods, email verification status, account sessions, linked companion credentials in hashed form, and subscription status. Stripe processes payment details; we do not store card numbers.

サインインメール、Google、Apple

Google or Apple verifies your identity when you choose its sign-in method. Resend delivers login and password reset codes to your email address. We request your provider identity and email only. Apple may provide a private relay email. Linked identities and purchases are associated with one internal account ID; matching email addresses alone do not merge accounts. Codes expire after 10 minutes and are stored as hashes. Email open and click tracking are disabled.

ローカルTVデータ

コンパニオンはローカルネットワーク経由でテレビに接続します。テレビのIPアドレス、ADB秘密鍵、インストール済みパッケージリスト、スクリーンショット、復元記録はデフォルトでお使いのデバイスに保存されます。テレビを復元する前にコンパニオンの記録を削除しないでください。

サービスリクエスト

コンパニオンは HTTPS 経由で cleanyourtv.ai に接続し、アカウントのリンクとサブスクリプション状態の確認を行います。短時間のレート制限のために IP アドレスを処理します。ホスティングおよび決済プロバイダーは、これらのサービスの運営に必要な情報を処理します。

あなたの選択

アカウントから更新のキャンセルとコンパニオンのリンク解除ができます。アカウントの削除やアカウントデータのコピーを希望する場合は、support@cleanyourtv.ai. までお問い合わせください。支払い記録の保持は、決済プロバイダーにより独自に求められる場合があります。
